In this model, the candidates will be put through a rigorous training programme and be recruited at the end of it based on performance in assessment. Process of Application

Eligible and interested students(who have relevant degree and scored through out 65% or 6.5 cgpa) will apply

Step 1

Shortlisted students will be enrolled for Training of 120-150 hrs of technology and soft skills training.

Step 2

Students are placed in near real time projects to get hands on experience on the tech stack.

Step 3

Then students will appear for interviews of companies.

Step 4

Here students can pay for training either before or later by signing the ISA(Income Sharing Agreement)
